PRE-LAUNCH CONTENT
These terms describe the product available in the Endgame test environment. They do not confirm completion of the legal review required before production launch.
ONE AGREEMENT
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy once. The agreement covers the website, account, game, payments, and invitation program. Activating, entering, or using a code and receiving or converting rewards does not require another agreement or a new acceptance.
ACCOUNT AND GAME CONDUCT
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and report suspected access immediately through support. You are responsible for use of your account. External software, bots, automation, bug exploitation, fraud, harassment, impersonation, manipulated transactions, and any action that harms security, the economy, or other players' experience are prohibited.
Endgame may investigate and apply proportionate measures, including a warning, restriction, suspension, or account closure, and may correct items, MD, or rewards granted improperly. History required for audit is not rewritten. MD, items, and in-game benefits are virtual content usable only within the service and are not withdrawable funds.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All offers and payments are exclusively in EUR. An order is confirmed only after payment-provider verification, and MD is credited after confirmation. For non-delivery, a duplicate payment, or a refund request, contact the published support channel. Refund eligibility and amount follow applicable rights, delivery status, and transaction records.
A refund, dispute, or payment reversal withdraws the MD and rewards connected to that purchase. If the benefit has already been used, Endgame may correct virtual balances, recover MD after review, and record debt that is repaid from future earnings.
INVITATION PROGRAM
An invitation code is optional. A valid code directly and permanently binds the new account to one inviter account; self-referral, coordinated reward accounts, and purchase manipulation are prohibited. Orders started before binding do not earn rewards retroactively.
For each eligible and verified EUR purchase, the invited player may receive a 5% bonus calculated only from the package's base MD, while the inviter receives points equal to 10% of the gross EUR value. Package bonuses and promotions are excluded from the 5% bonus basis, and Item Shop purchases paid with MD do not generate invitation rewards.
POINT-TO-MD CONVERSION AND DEBT
Confirmed points are available immediately for manual conversion into MD, with no maturation period. The minimum conversion is 5.00 EUR in points. Before confirmation, we display the MD/EUR rate calculated automatically from the best base rate among active EUR packages, excluding bonuses and promotions. A completed conversion keeps its confirmed rate and is not recalculated later.
Conversion consumes the oldest earnings first. A refund or dispute may take the points balance below zero; new conversions remain blocked until later earnings repay the debt. Ineligible or abusive rewards may be reversed after review without deleting financial history.
AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT
The service or invitation program may be paused temporarily for maintenance, security, or reconciliation. Confirmed records remain in the ledger. Use the published support channel for account, game, payment, refund, reward, or balance-correction questions.
